钛合金端面槽精密数控车削加工工艺研究 被引量:1

摘要 由于钛合金材料具有热导率小、加工过程易粘刀的特点,给机械加工带来了很大的困难。轴套类零件端面槽加工需要专门的端面车刀,并避免结构干涉,这是车削加工的难点。针对上述问题,结合钛合金车削加工领域的相关技术资料和实际工作经验,对钛合金端面槽精密数控车削加工工艺进行研究,着重分析了钛合金端面槽车削过程中的缺陷类型、产生缺陷的原因以及解决措施,并制定了钛合金端面槽精密车削加工的工艺路线。通过增加镗削和抛光的加工工序,不仅可以完全消除颤刀纹,同时可以大幅提升钛合金端面槽表面加工质量。 The characteristics of titanium alloy materials with small thermal conductivity and easy to stick knives in pro cessing have brought great difficulties to mechanical processing. The machining of the end groove of the shaft sleeve parts needs special end face cutter and avoid structural interference, which is the difficult point in the process of turning. Aiming at the above problems, according to the relevant technical data and the practical work experience, titanium alloy end groove precision NC machining process is researched. This article analyzes the defect types in titanium alloy end groove turning process, the cause of defects and solutions. And the process of titanium alloy end groove precision turning is made. By adding the machining process of boring and polishing, it can not only completely eliminate the tremor, but also greatly im prove the quality of the surface processing of the titanium alloy surface.
