摘要 十字滑台钻孔机的监控控制系统由西门子PLC、伺服系统和人机界面触摸屏等硬件组成。在该系统的硬件上编写PLC程序,脉冲输出实现伺服驱动轴的定位功能,实现精准孔定位加工;并应用MCGS组态软件对整个监控控制系统进行实时监控和模拟仿真,使钻孔加工过程更快捷、准确,调试和维修更方便。实践证明,将西门子PLC和MCGS组态软件结合可以非常好地进行远程监控与仿真,系统的运行状况良好,具有良好的应用价值。 The Cross-slide drilling machine is composed of Siemens PLC,servo system,man-machine interface touch screen and other hardware components.In the control system hardware to write PLC program,it is the pulse output that realizes servo drive shaft positioning function to achieve precision hole positioning processing.And the MCGS configuration software is used to monitor and simulate the whole control system in real time so that the drilling process is quicker,more accurate,and easier to debug and repair.Practice has proved that Siemens PLC and MCGS configuration software can be very well used for remote monitoring and simulation,and the system is running in good condition with good application value.
