摘要
主要研究了低温(3℃)养护环境下28 d、56 d龄期下引气混凝土孔结构参数对早期强度以及抗渗性能的影响。试验结果表明:随着含气量的增加,孔隙率增加,混凝土强度逐渐降低,抗渗性呈现先减小后增大的趋势;当掺入适量引气剂时,混凝土气泡间距系数达到最佳,此时氯离子渗透路径变长,抗渗性能达增强;低温(3℃)养护条件导致混凝土孔径分布劣化,主要孔径分布范围明显变大,随着龄期增长,混凝土孔径朝着大孔减小,小孔增大的趋势发展,但是发展速度比较缓慢。
The effects o f pore structure parameters on early strength and impermeability o f air-entraining concrete at 28 d and 56 d under low temperature ( 3 ℃ ) were studied. The results show that with the increasing of air content, the porosity increases, the concrete strength decreases gradually, and the impermeability decreases first and then increases. When the amount o f air entraining agent is appropriate, the spacing factor o f concrete is the b e s t, at this poin t, the permeation path o f chloride ion becomes longer ; under low temperature ( 3 ℃ ) condition, the pore size distribution o f the concrete degrades, and the main pore size distribution range o f the concrete increases obviously; finally, with the growth o f concrete age, pore size o f concrete develops towards the tendency that large hole decreases, small hole increases, but the development seed is relatively slow.
