摘要
双高线投产前期浊环水冷系统不能满足用户需求。通过分析探讨,水质浊度超标是问题的主要根源。从解决水质不合格入手,并综合考虑水温、压力和流量等方面存在的缺陷,进行科学分析并改造优化。改造后线材浊环系统冷却效果显著,为生产顺行提供了可靠保障。
At the first stages of the double high-speed wire rod production the turbid circulating water system could not meet the demand of users. Through analysis and discussion, it was found that excessive turbidity of water quality had been the main cause of the problem. Starting with solving the problem of poor water quality and considering defects in the water temperature, pressure and flowrate, scientific analysis and optimizing transformation were carried out, after which the cooling effect of turbid circulating water system was significantly improved, ensuring stable production.
