摘要
目的:将不同含量的掺锶纳米羟基磷灰石作为填料添加到京津釉质黏结剂中,体外检测其黏结强度。方法:将掺锶纳米羟基磷灰石按不同质量比(0%、5%、10%、15%、20%)分别与京津釉质黏结剂复合,黏结托槽,电子万能测试机检测托槽剪切强度和拉伸强度,对结果进行统计学处理与分析。结果:10%掺锶纳米羟基磷灰石黏结剂剪切强度和拉伸强度均高于其他各组,与0%、15%、20%组黏结剂有显著差异(P<0.05);各组ARI记分之间无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:10%掺锶纳米羟基磷灰石复合釉质黏结剂与其他各组相比黏结强度最佳。
Objective: To observe the bonding strength of different content of strontium-doped nano hydroxyapatite as filler to the Jingjin enamel adhesive. Methods: The strontium-doped hydroxyapatite was compounded with Jingjin enamel adhesive at different count quality for 0% 、5% 、10% 、15% 、20%) respectively,bounding brackets,electronic universal testing machine testing the shear strength and tensile strength of brackets. The results were then statistically processed and analyzed. Results: The shear strength and tensile strength of 10%strontium-doped nano-hydroxyapatite binder were higher than those of other groups,which was significantly different from that of 0% 、15% 、20% binder( P〈0. 05). There was no significant difference between the two groups(P〉0. 05). Conclusion:10% enamel adhesive compounded with strontium-doped nano-hydroxyapatite has good bonding strength.
