摘要
针对汽车装配生产系统返修调度问题,提出一种返修调度评价方法,在保证装配生产系统生产能力的同时能有效降低生产成本.通过分析装配生产系统的结构特点,构建装配生产系统的返修模型,并采用Plant Simulation软件对返修模型进行仿真模拟,在给定产品输入数的情况下,求解装配生产系统的单位时间生产能力.考虑装配生产系统的返修特点,分析影响生产成本的因素,求解单件产品生产成本.在此基础上,考虑单位时间生产能力与单件产品生产成本的不同影响权重,基于归一化加权法,提出一种返修调度评价方法.以某企业汽车缸盖分装线为研究对象,验证了该方法的有效性.
Aiming at the rework schedule problems of automobile assembly production system, a rework schedule evaluation method is proposed to ensure assembly production system productivity while effectively reducing production cost. Through analyzing the structural characteristics of the assembly production system, the rework model of the assembly production system is constructed. The simulation model of the rework model is simulated by using Plant Simulation software. The unit production capacity of the assembly production system is solved given the input number of the product. Considering the rework characteristics of the assembly production system, the factors affecting the production cost are analyzed to solve the production cost of a single product. On this basis, we consider the different influence weights of production capacity per unit time and production cost of a single product, and propose a rework schedule evaluation method based on the normalized weight method. Taking an automobile engine cylinder head assembly line as the research object, the validity of this method is verified.
