规模养殖场鸡新城疫不同免疫程序抗体水平测定

摘要 为了解某鸡场鸡群中不同免疫程序下鸡新城疫免疫抗体水平的变化及免疫合格率,设计A、B组为试验组,进行不同免疫;C组为对照组,不免疫。分别给每组5日龄和28日龄的鸡进行疫苗免疫,并分别在第26d和第49d采集血清检测鸡新城疫的HI抗体水平。结果表明,该鸡场免疫合格率超过70%,达到预期效果。第26日龄A、B两组免疫合格率基本一致,第49日龄时合格率比第26日龄时高,不免疫鸡群合格率较低,第49d时未检出任何抗体。 To understand the change of immune antibody level and the immune-qualified rate under the different immune procedures for Newcastle disease in a chicken farm,A and B group were designed as the experimental group for carrying out different immunization,C Group was as the control group. The chicken aged 5 days and aged 28 days were immunized respectively for each group,and the HI antibody levels were detected in the 26 d and 49 d respectively.The results showed that the immunization qualified rate of the chicken for Newcastle disease was more than 70%. The immunization qualified rate of the A group and B group was basically the same for chicken aged 26 days. The qualified rate of chicken aged 49 days was higher than that of the chicken aged 26 day,the qualified rate for non immunization chicken were relevant low,and no antibody was detected for chicken aged 49 day.
