摘要
气雾化制粉以其粉末球形度高、氧含量低等优点已经成为现在一种重要的粉末制备方法,制粉过程可粗略分为破碎和凝固两步,但其工艺本身是多相流相互耦合的复杂过程,因此人们对其机理尚在进一步研究中。本文主要描述了凝固阶段熔滴的热交换与凝固行为,并对凝固过程做了详细的介绍。
Gas atomization can produce metal powders with high sphericity and low oxygen content, and it has now become an important method for metal powder production. The process can be roughly divided into two steps, namely break-up and solidi?cation. However, the atomization phenomenon with a complex process of multiphase flow coupling still has to be studied further. This paper mainly describes the heat exchange and solidification behavior of the droplets during solidification stages and gives a preliminary introduction to the solidification process.
