摘要
现代企业的财务管理具有资源配置、价值创造和参与决策等功能。论文从科技、需求、资金、制度、环境等方面进行了初步的探讨,对企业财务管理体系构建最佳模式,升级信息系统等方面做出了策略,提供了发展思路。
The financial management of modern enterprises has the functions of resource allocation, value creation and participation in decision-making and so on.This paper makes a preliminary discussion on the aspects of science and technology, demand, capital, system,environment and so on. The strategies for constructing the best mode of enterprise financial management system and upgrading of the information system were made, and some development ideas are provided.
