摘要
伴随着我国城市建设的不断扩张,建筑行业也步入了全新的发展历程,这也导致了建筑市场的竞争悄悄拉开了帷幕。建筑企业只有加强对建筑项目施工管理的监管力度,并以确保建筑施工质量为行业基础,才能在建筑市场竞争中存活,并在建筑业界树立起良好的口碑。目前建筑施工企业在日常监管中依然存在着体制上的缺陷,论文针对房屋建筑工程项目施工质量管理常见问题及处理措施展开论述。
With the continuous expansion of China＇s urban construction, the construction industry has also stepped into a total new course of development, which has also led to the quietly opening of the competition in the building market. Only to strengthen the supervision of the construction management of construction projects, and on the basis of ensuring the quality of construction, can the construction enterprises survive in the competition of the building market and establish a good reputation in the construction industry.At present, there are still some institutional defects in the daily supervision of construction enterprises, and the paper discusses the common problems in the construction quality management of building construction projects and puts foruard the treatment measures.
