摘要
目的:探讨中医辨证治疗黄褐斑的方式及临床心得。方法:收治黄褐斑患者55例,随机分为对照组和中医辨证治疗组。对照组采用西医治疗,中医辨证治疗组在对照组基础上加用中医辨证治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗后,中医辨证治疗组总有效率、黄褐斑消失时间、自觉症状消失时间、黄褐斑症状积分、生活质量、应激心理均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中医辨证治疗黄褐斑的方式效果确切,可改善病情,消除黄褐斑,减轻患者应激心理,改善患者生活质量。
Objective：To explore the treatment of chloasma by TCM syndrome differentiation and clinical experience.Methods：55 patients with chloasma were selected,and they were randomly divided into the control group and the TCM syndrome differentiation group.The control group was treated with western medicine,and the TCM syndrome differentiation group was treated with TCM syndrome differentiation on the basis of the control group.We compared the therapeutic effect of the two groups.Results：After treatment,in the TCM syndrome differentiation group,the total effective rate,chloasma disappearance time,spontaneous symptom disappearance time,chloasma symptom score,quality of life and stress psychology were all better than those in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The treatment effect of chloasma by TCM syndrome differentiation was exact,it can improve the condition,eliminate the chloasma,relieve the psychological stress of the patients and improve the quality of life of the patients.
