摘要
目的:探讨中医综合疗法对下肢骨折后期患肢肿胀的效果。方法:收治下肢骨折后患肢肿胀患者93例,对比组应用西医治疗,研究组应用中医综合疗法。结果:研究组临床总有效率明显高于对比组(P<0.05),研究组患肢肿胀消失所用时间明显短于对比组(P<0.05)。结论:对下肢骨折后期患肢肿胀患者应用中医综合疗法可显著缩短患肢肿胀消失时间,能够加快患肢症状改善和功能恢复,有助于使患者生活品质得到改善。
Objective：To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） therapy on limb swelling in the later stage of lower limb fracture.Methods：93 patients with limb swelling after fracture of lower limbs were selected.The comparison group was treated with western medicine,and the study group applied the comprehensive therapy of traditional Chinese medicine.Results：The total effective rate of the patients in the study group was significantly higher than that of the contrast group（P〈0.05）.The time of the limb swelling disappearance of the patients in the study group was significantly shorter than that of the contrast group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：For the patients with limb swelling at the late stage of lower limb fracture,the comprehensive treatment of Chinese medicine can significantly shorten the time of limb swelling and disappearance,accelerate the improvement of limb symptoms and function recovery,and improve the quality of life of patients.
