观察阿奇霉素序贯疗法治疗小儿支原体感染的临床效果 被引量:2

摘要 目的了解小儿支原体感染患儿用阿奇霉素序贯疗法进行干预的临床疗效。方法选经检查确诊为小儿支原体感染的患儿80例为本研究分析资料来源,将其分为对照组与观察组各40例,对应小儿支原体感染常规药物治疗、联合阿奇霉素序贯疗法治疗。比较不同治疗方案下患儿临床疗效及不良反应发生情况差异。结果治疗后组间总有效率存在差异,观察组与对照组数据对应为95.0%、85.0%,观察组数据更具优越性且存在统计学意义(P<0.05);不同方案下组间各临床治疗相关数据存在差异,观察组在咳嗽、体温、肺部阴影消失时间,平均住院时间各项数据方面均更具优越性且存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对小儿支原体感染患儿群体在制定治疗方案时在常规药物对症治疗基础上联合阿奇霉素序贯疗法对病情有更好的控制效果,不会影响患儿治疗依从性,值得推广。 Objective To understand the clinical efficacy of Azithromycin Sequential Therapy for children with mycoplasma infection. Methods 80 children diagnosed with mycoplasma infection were selected as the source of this study. It was divided into 40 cases of the control group and the observation group. The treatment of children with mycoplasma infection was treated with conventional medication and combined with Azithromycin Sequential therapy. The difference of clinical efficacy and adverse reaction of children under different treatments was compared. Results There was a difference in the total effective rate between the groups after treatment, and the data of the observation group and the control group were 95.0% and 85.0%.. The data of the observation group were more superior and had statistical significance(P〈0.05). There were differences in clinical data between groups under different plans. The observation group had more advantages in cough, body temperature, lung shadow loss time and average hospitalization time data, and there was statistical significance(P〈0.05). Conclusion Mycoplasma infection in children Children groups in the development of treatment options in the conventional drug symptomatic treatment combined with sequential treatment of azithromycin has a better control of the disease effect, does not affect the compliance of children with treatment, it is worth promoting.
