摘要
讨论了汽流激振故障发生的机理、振动特征及应对措施。结合某电厂5号600 MW汽轮机组在升降负荷过程中发生的低频振动情况,通过振动数据的分析及该机组实际运行工况,确定了故障原因是高压转子出现了汽流激振。在此基础上采取调整轴承标高及润滑油压等措施消除了机组低频振动,提高了轴系稳定性,保证了机组的稳定运行。
This paper discusses the mechanism, the vibration characteristics and dealing of this kind of vibration.Combined with a certain power plant 600 MW no. 5 steam turbine unit in the process of increasing or decreasing the load of low frequency vibration, through vibration data acquisition and analysis and the unit actual operating conditions, determine the cause of the problem is the high pressure rotor appeared the steam-excited vibration.On this basis to adjust bearing elevation and lubricating oil pressure unit and other measures to eliminate the low frequency vibration, improve the stability of shaft system, to ensure the stable operation of the unit.
