摘要
介绍变电设备引流线夹断裂失效的情况,断裂线夹多是由于结构应力最大位置应力超过材料强度所致。以某500 k V变电站引流线夹为例,用有限元软件ABAQUS模拟不同材质和规格引流线夹的工作状态,分析研究倒角大小、壁厚、内径等因素对线夹转折部位应力集中的影响规律,提出了改进线夹安装工艺,优化结构设计等具体措施。
According to the number of Current transformer clamp fracture failure situation research, the reason of fracture failure is that structure maximum stress is close to or above yield strength. Analysis of a 500 kV substation Current transformer clamp with ABAQUS finite element analysis software. Research on modeling and simulation of effect of the distribution of the stress caused by different specifications and materials research. The research conclusions point out the main reasons and factors of cracking, introduce various technical measures for avoiding interference an enhancing strength.
