摘要
针对现有人工测试准确率低、效率低和劳动强度高等问题,设计了一种PLC+触摸屏的自动化测试系统,通过传感器监测反馈,由PLC元件计算控制,使得变速操纵阀的换档缓冲时间、升压特性曲线、压力振摆等关键要素量化,实现变速操纵阀自动化、精确化、智能化出厂测试,并用SD卡进行数字化存储,具有很好的推广应用价值和进一步的研究价值。
In view of the problem that existing manual test system for variable-speed control valve has low accuracy, low efficiency and high labor intensity; the automatic test system of PLC + touch screen is designed. Through the sensor monitoring feedback, calculated and controlled by the PLC controller, which makes the change of speed control valve's shift buffer time, the boost characteristic curve, the pressure oscillation and other key elements quantification, realize the automation, precision and intelligentization of the factory test of variable speed control valve. It has high application value and further research value.
