摘要
目的探究拉贝洛尔联合硫酸镁治疗妊高症的疗效和对妊娠结局的影响。方法选取本院于2015年3月至2017年10月收治的150例妊高症患者,采用计算机随机抽选的方式将其分为对照组(n=75)和观察组(n=75)。对照组予以硫酸镁治疗,观察组予以拉贝洛尔联合硫酸镁治疗。对比分析两组疗效及对妊娠结局的影响。结果治疗后,观察组产妇的收缩压、舒张压明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组妊娠结局明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在对妊高症的临床治疗中,采用拉贝洛尔联合硫酸镁治疗,可有效控制产妇血压,减少术中术后出血量、先兆子痫及新生儿窒息情况的发生,安全性较高,具有推广价值。
Objective To investigate the effect of labetalol combined with magnesium sulfate in the treatment of pregnancy-induced hypertension and its effect on pregnancy outcome. Methods 150 cases of pregnancy induced hypertension in our hospital from March 2015 to October 2017 were randomly selected by computer, it can be divided into control group（n=75） and observation group（n=75）. Conclusion In the clinical treatment of pregnancy-induced hypertension, the combination of labetalol and magnesium sulfate can effectively control maternal blood pressure, reduce postoperative blood loss, preeclampsia and neonatal asphyxia, safety Higher, with promotional value.
