硼化物超高温陶瓷的研究进展 被引量:13

摘要 硼化物超高温陶瓷TiB_2、ZrB_2、HfB_2因其具有高熔点、高导热性及良好的化学稳定性、优异的抗高温氧化性能,被广泛地运用于航空航天等超高温领域。综合介绍了其物理性能和化学性能,并对其氧化行为进行了热力学分析;介绍了其高温防护机理,对改性后的硼化物基超高温陶瓷材料的烧结致密化和涂层的主要制备方法进行了概括,指出了硼化物超高温陶瓷未来的研究方向。 The TiB2, ZrB2, and HfB2 diboride UHTCs are widely used in ultra high temperature felds such as aerospace aviation, because of their high melting point, high thermal conductivity, superb chemical stability, and excellent oxidation resistance at high temperature. This paper introduced the physical and chemical properties of diboride UHTCs, carried out a thermodynamic analysis of their oxidation behavior, demonstrated their protection mechanism, and summarized the sintering densifcation and the preparation methods of the diboride-based ultra high temperature ceramic coating. In the end, the research orientation of the diboride UHTCS in the future was pointed out.
