摘要
分析等离子点火技术在我国的发展现状及存在的一些问题,研究采用空冷技术和磁旋弧2项新技术的新型等离子发生器,阐述磁旋弧技术的原理和等离子体对电极的传热,并应用空冷磁旋弧等离子发生器进行煤粉点燃实验。实验表明:与水冷等离子发生器相比,空冷磁旋弧等离子发生器电热转化效率高,73kW的空冷等离子弧与100kW水冷等离子弧点燃煤粉效果相当。
According to the analysis of the current situation of the plasma ignition technology and its problem,a new plasma ignition device with air-cooling and magnetic rotating arc and its working principle are introduced.Pulverized coal ignition experiment by using this device has been done and results show that it is stable operation and high thermal efficiency. Moreover,it can be more suitable for ignition of low volatile powdered coal.The effect of burning pulverized coal by 73 kW air cooled plasma arc and 100 kW water-cooled plasma arc is equal.
