摘要 随着工业化的进展,大量含有重金属的工业废水排放到环境中,对水、大气和土壤环境造成了严重污染。传统的重金属污染废水处理技术,如化学沉淀法、吸附法、膜分离法等都存在处理条件苛刻、消耗化学试剂量大、废渣多、成本高、容易引起二次污染以及重金属难以回收利用等弊端。旋转磁场微电弧处理技术作为一种新型污水处理技术,不仅具有占地面积小、运行成本低等特点,并且可通过工作区域中导磁性工件的高速旋转产生强烈电流和数量庞大的微电弧,大幅提升反应参与物的化学反应速率和充分度,高效去除重金属,实现80%以上的中水回用率和90%的重金属回收利用,避免二次污染。 With the development of industrialization, a large number of heavy metal containing industrial wastewater has been discharged into the environment, causing serious pollution to the water, air and soil environment. Traditional wastewater treatment technology of heavy metal pollution, such as chemical precipitation, adsorption and membrane separation, has many disadvantages, such as harsh treatment conditions, large amount of chemical reagents, high waste residue, high cost, easy to cause two pollution and diffcult to recycle heavy metals and so on. As a new sewage treatment technology, the rotating magnetic feld micro arc treatment technology not only has the characteristics of small area and low operating cost, but also produces a strong current and a large number of micro arc through the high-speed rotation of the magnetic workpiece in the working area, which greatly improves the chemical reaction rate and the degree of charge fraction of the reaction participates. It can effciently remove heavy metals, achieve over 80% water reuse rate and 90% heavy metal recycling, avoiding two times of pollution.
