摘要
铝合金铁路罐车主要储运与铝合金相容性好、保洁要求高的介质,在贮存、运输时,对贮罐的清洁程度要求十分严格。根据铝合金贮罐在大修过程中的不同阶段的要求,分析总结出中和清洗、一次清洗、二次清洗、保洁清洗。针对整个检修过程中不同阶段的清洗需要,分析制定出相应的清洗工艺,在满足安全和高效的前提下,保证贮罐清洁及装用介质安全。
