摘要
目的探析中医辨证护理对慢性乙肝患者肝功能及并发症的干预效果。方法研究时间为2016年1月—2017年9月,选取88例在我院进行治疗的慢性乙肝患者为研究对象,采用随机信封法分为基础组(44例)和试验组(44例),基础组给予常规护理干预,试验组则实施中医辨证护理干预,对比观察各组患者的临床疗效。结果试验组治疗总效率远较基础组高,且HBV-DNA转阴率远以及ALT恢复正常率与基础组相比较高,P<0.05。试验组患者并发症发生率较基础组少(P<0.05)。结论针对慢性乙肝患者,实施中医辨证护理效果较显著,可促进肝功能恢复,并减少并发症,推广应用价值极高。
Objective To discuss the effect of TCM nursing intervention on liver function and complications of chronic hepatitis B. Methods A total of 88 patients with chronic hepatitis B in our hospital from January 2016 to September 2017 were selected as the research objects.Using the random envelope method,they were divided into control group（ n = 44） and experimental group（ n = 44）. The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the experimental group received TCM nursing intervention. The clinical effect was observed and compared. Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was much higher than that of the control group,and the rate of HBV-DNA turning negative and the rate of ALT returning to normal of the experimental group were higher than that of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. The incidence of complications in the experimental group was less than that in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion For the patients with chronic hepatitis B,the effect of TCM syndrome differentiation nursing is significant,which can promote the recovery of liver function and reduce the complications,so it has high popularization and application value.
