摘要
目的观察沈氏"三步六法十八方"中医综合疗法治疗排卵障碍性不孕的临床疗效。方法采用沈氏"三步六法十八方"中医综合疗法治疗排卵障碍性不孕30例,同时设口服克罗米芬加内服中药治疗20例做对照,观察2组患者治疗前后妊娠率、排卵监测情况。结果沈氏"三步六法十八方"中医综合疗法组总有效率为83.33%,妊娠率为53.33%;口服克罗米芬加内服中药组总有效率为70%,妊娠率为35%。2组有效率差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论沈氏"三步六法十八方"中医综合疗法与克罗米芬加口服中药相比较,具有提升卵泡发育率及促进排卵的优势,尤其在提高妊娠率方面优势明显。
Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of ＂three-step six-method and eighteen prescriptions＂traditional Chinese medicine comprehensive therapy in treating ovulation obstructive infertility. Methods 30 cases of ovulation obstructive infertility patients were treated with＂three-step six-method and eighteen prescriptions＂traditional Chinese medicine comprehensive therapy. At the same time,20 cases took oral clomiphene and Chinese herbal medicine. Before and after treatment,pregnancy rate and ovulation monitoring situation were observed. Results The total effective rate and the pregnancy rate of TCM comprehensive therapy group was 83. 33% and 53. 33% respectively. The total effective rate and the pregnancy rate of control group was 70% and 35% respectively. The effective rate between two groups had significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Shen＇s＂three-step six-method and eighteen prescriptions＂traditional Chinese medicine comprehensive therapy has has the advantage of increasing follicle development rate and promoting ovulation,especially in increasing pregnancy rate.
