摘要
通过对农业科技园区发展及效益评价相关文献资料的查阅分析,借鉴已有研究成果,构建了陕西省农业科技园区评价体系,并运用层次分析法和模糊综合评价法对陕西7个农业科技园区综合效益进行了对比评价。研究结果显示:陕西省农业科技园区整体处于发育成长阶段,综合评价得分最高的是杨凌农业科技园区,其他依次为西安、咸阳、宝鸡、渭南、安康、榆林。最后根据7个园区各自存在的问题提出了相应的对策建议。
Through consulting and learning the existing research results of development and evaluation of Ag- ro-teehnology Parks , this paper establish the evaluation system of Agro-teehnology Parks in Shaanxi Province, and uses AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the comprehensive benefits of 7 agro-technology parks in the province. The result show that: the agro-technology parks in Shaanxi Province are in the stage of growth and development as a whole, and Yangling Agro-technology Park gets the highest score of comprehensive e- valuation, followed by Xi'an, Xianyang, Baoji, Weinan and Yulin. Finally, it gives countermeasures and sugges- tions to each park based on its shortcomings.
