摘要
针对低电压型风电变桨伺服系统的匹配要求,设计了低电压型大电流风电变桨交流变频伺服电机,使用有限元分析软件,采用场路结合的设计方法对该电机进行了建模与仿真,再依据仿真结果试制了样机,通过试验验证了电机的性能,电机性能满足设计要求,为进一步优化与系列化设计提供了基础.
To meet the requirements of low voltage variable pitch servo system,a low voltage large current variable pitch AC variable frequency motor is designed in this paper.By using finite element analysis software and field circuit coupled method,modeling and simulation of the motor are carried out.Then a prototype is developed based on the simulation results.The performance of the motor is verified by tests,which meets the design requirements and provides the basis for further optimization design and seriation.
