摘要
背景产科气道管理可发生意外性困难并伴有严重不良后果，但是目前的产科麻醉趋势导致麻醉医师很少能够接触产科困难气道处理，尤其是初级受训者。目的综述视频喉镜在产科气道管理中的应用及其可能作用的现有证据。内容视频喉镜能改善声门显露，并在正常和困难产科气道管理中发挥着重要作用。已经证实，视频喉镜最有用的情况是产科困难气管插管或气管插管失败的救援处理。视频喉镜已被包括在产科困难气道管理流程中，而且英圉产科麻醉医师协会（Obstetric Anaesthetists Association，OAA）／困难气道学会（Difficult Airway Society，DAS）最新发布的产科困难气道管理指南建议在所有产科全身麻醉中视频喉镜均应随时可用。趋向视频喉镜是产科气道管理的有效工具，其在产科气道管理中的潜在作用越来越受到人们的关注。
Background The airway management of obstetric patients can be suddenly perturbed by unexpected events with severe adverse outcomes, but current tendency in obstetric anesthesia management have leaded to a significant decreased opportunity to train anesthetists in handling difficult airway management of obstetric patient, especially to trainees. Objective This review aims to provide the available evidences regarding the usage and role of video laryngoscopy in obstetric airway management. Content Video laryngoscopy can improve glottis visualization and is playing important role in management of normal and difficult obstetric airways. It has been shown that the benefits of video laryngoscopy are most significant in management difficult airway or rescuing failed intubation. Video laryngoscopy has recently included in algorithms of obstetric difficult airway management. Furthermore, the guidelines of obstetric difficult airway management recently published by the Obstetric Anesthetists Association（OAA）/Difficult Airway Society （DAS） recommends that video laryngoscopy should be available when general anesthesia is performed in all obstetric patients. Trend Video laryngoscopy is a useful tool for obstetric airway management. There is growing interest in the potential use of video laryngoscopy in the obstetric airway management.
