摘要
研究醋酸丁酸纤维素/己二酸丁二醇酯和对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯的共聚物(CAB/PBAT)熔融体系的流变行为,探讨了CAB中PBAT含量,通过改变PBAT质量分数、加工温度、毛细管长径比,研究了醋酸丁酸纤维素酯的流变性能。试验结果表明,当PBAT含量为5%、毛细管长径比大于10、熔体加工温度为235℃时,CAB流动性能最好,黏度最低。
Abst The rheological bebavior of Cellulose Acetate Butyrate/Poly (butyleneadipate-co-terephthalate) (CAB/PBAT) was investigated,where the effects of content of PBAT, the processing temperature, the draw ratio of capillary was discussed. It indicated that the rheological behavior of the CAB/PBAT was suitable for melt processed for 5% PBAT in CAB,the length-diameter ratio (L/D) of capillary more than 10,and at 235℃.
