摘要
缀板式格构柱是钢结构的一种基本结构形式.针对缀板式格构柱美观性和经济性不足,提出采用开孔钢板替代常规缀板进行结构优化设计.利用ANSYS对两种结构进行静力分析,结果显示在满足强度要求的情况下,优化后结构的抗侧刚度和经济效益均优于优化前,且具有较好的美观性.此外对结构进行开孔率、厚度和高度的参数分析,为此类结构的设计提供一定依据.
The batten plate lattice column is a basic structural form of steel structure.In view of its lack of visual impression and cost efficiency,this paper proposed to use opening sheet as an alternative batten plate for structure optimization design.Using ANSYS to contrast static analysis of the two type structures,the results show that,when meeting the strength requirements,both lateral stiffness of the optimized structure and economic benefit are superior to the previous structure.The optimized sturcture is more aesthetic.The parameters of opening ratio,thickness and height of perforated plate are also analyzed to provide the basis for structural design.
