摘要
BIM(建筑信息模型)技术的发展使建筑领域产生了变革,但BIM技术在钢筋混凝土球壳工程的结构设计中应用较少.基于江苏徐州大屯某项目工程设计方案实例,以储煤仓气膜混凝土薄壳结构为研究对象,简述现有配筋方案存在的缺陷,提出在配筋时考虑钢筋排布的设计方法,开发了配筋优化程序,并在BIM建模软件Revit中建立了钢筋模型族库,建立钢筋网的优化模型.通过与现有配筋方案的比较,使用带有优化算法的模型进行配筋设计可以节约大量钢材,提高设计人员的工作效率,简化模型信息交互方式.
The development of BIM(building information model)technology has reformed the construction field.However,this technology has not been widely applied in the design of spherical reinforced concrete shell.This paper generalizes the defects of existing scheme for reinforcing bars,and puts forward a reinforcement design method with consideration of rebar arrangement.The library of rebar is established successfully in BIM software Revit,and the optimizer is developed based on the spherical reinforced concrete shell in Datun project at Xuzhou,Jiangsu Province.Compared with the existing scheme,large amounts of steel can be saved and the work efficiency of designer is improved by using the BIM model with optimizer.The design method will be changed.
