摘要
采用三重四级杆气质联用结合标准加入-内标校正法建立了测定化妆品中二噁烷残留量的分析方法。以水为顶空溶剂,以正丙醇为内标物,顶空气液平衡后经VF-WAXms毛细管色谱柱分离,选择特征离子监测(SIM)模式测定,采用标准加入单点-内标校正法定量。结果表明,二噁烷的线性范围为2.0~50 mg/kg,相关系数大于0.99。以空白样品为基体进行加标回收实验,测得平均回收率为97.9%~101.8%,相对标准偏差为0.6%~1.2%,最低检出限为1.0 mg/kg。该方法重现性好,准确可靠,能有效消除基质干扰,校正仪器漂移,可用于化妆品中二噁烷残留量的分析。
An analytical method was established for residue determination of dioxane in cosmetics by GC-QQQ-MS/MS with standard addition-internal standard correction method. The sample was equilibrated with water as the headspace solvent, n-Propyl alcohol was used as the internal standard. The analyte was separated on VF - WAXms capillary column. Dioxane was detected in the scanning mode of selected ion monitoring (SIM). Quantification was carried out using single point standard addition-internal standard correction method. The results showed that dioxane exhibited a good linear relationship within the mass fraction range of 2.0-50 mg/kg and the correlation coefficient was higher than 0.99. Using blank sample of cosmetics as matrix, the values of spiked recoveries were found to be 97.9% - 101.8% with all relative standard deviations from 0.6% to 1.2%. The quantification limit was 1.0 mg/kg. The established method was reproducible, reliable and accurate, which could effectively eliminate the interference caused by the complex matrix and correct the deviation of instrument. This method can be used for the residue determination of dioxane in cosmetics.
