摘要
近年来,由于快递企业竞争日益激烈,申通、圆通、韵达、顺丰等民营快递企业纷纷选择借壳上市。上市后,企业的经济效益确有一定的提升。但是,借壳上市也存在一定的弊端,而且也不能解决快递行业现存的所有问题。快递企业不应将上市作为扩张和生存的终极选择,而应以上市为契机,实施行业绿色发展、差异化竞争、高效运营体系、加强内部管理,从而促进快递行业可持续发展,解决同质化、单利化、内部管理松散等问题。
Recent years, with the severe competition, the private express enterprises, like STO, YTO, Yunda and SF, have made backdoor listing, which has lifted the economic performance to some extent. However, the backdoor listing not only has the minuses but also cannot solve all problems existing in the industry. Therefore, the express enterprises should take the backdoor listing as the opportunity to carry out green development, differentiation, effective operating system and powerful inner management in order to push the sustainable development and solve the problems such as homogenization, simple interest and loose management rather than as the ultimate option to the expansion and the survival.
