摘要
我们利用Co-ZSM-5分子筛中的分子氧对甲烷部分氧化制取甲醇进行了实验。反应在常压下进行,反应温度为350℃~600℃。ZSM-5分子筛中的Co和Si所形成的四面体骨架被作为催化剂,分别合成Si/Co比值为22、30、40的Co-ZSM-5分子筛。实验发现含有Na的分子筛Co-NaZSM-5催化剂,使得产物甲醇有较高的选择性。而且通过调查发现随着反应时间的增长和温度的增加,甲烷部分氧化到甲醇的产物选择性有明显的下降。
The molecular oxygen in Co-ZSM-5 molecular sieve was used to produce methanol by partial oxidation of methane.The reaction was under normal pressure and the reaction temperature was 350-600℃.The tetrahedral skeleton formed by Co and Si in ZSM-5 molecular sieve was used as a catalyst to synthesize Co-ZSM-5 molecular sieves with Si/Co ratio of 22,30 and40 respectively.The molecular sieve Co-NaZSM-5 catalyst containing Na has been found in the experiment,which makes the product of methanol more selective.Through investigation,it was found that the selectivity of methane partially oxidized to methanol decreased significantly with the increase of reaction time and temperature.
