摘要
延长气田的先导试验区投产后发现其中存在不少的问题,如地面集输管线的承压高,存在着较大的风险等等。针对其中存在的问题,在后期建设延145井区地面集输工艺技术上进行了优化完善,优化后在提高了集输工艺技术适用性的基础上大大的降低了工程的投资。2015年底延长气田延145井区地面集输工程项目顺利投产,运行两年多来,系统一直处在安全平稳的状态下运行。
After putting into operation of pilot test area of Yanchang gas feld, it was found that there are a lot of problems, such as high pressure on surface gathering and transportation pipeline, and there exists a greater risk. In view of the existing problems, the surface gathering and transportation technology in the late construction of Yan 145 well area has been optimized and improved. After optimization, the engineering investment has been greatly reduced on the basis of improving the applicability of gathering and transportation technology. At the end of 2015, the surface gathering and transportation engineering project in Yan 145 well area of Yanchang gas feld was put into operation successfully. For more than two years’ operation, the system has been running in a safe and stable state.
