摘要
目的分析藿香正气散治疗急性肠胃炎的疗效及药理作用。方法选取2016年10月—2017年10月我院收治的急性肠胃炎患者102例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,每组51例,对照组采用常规方法进行治疗,治疗组在此治疗基础上采用藿香正气散治疗,观察并比较2组患者的临床症状改善情况、治疗效果。结果治疗组止泻时间、止痛时间、退热时间、恶心纳呆消除时间均显著短于对照组,2组之间存在明显的统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组患者的治疗总有效率为98.0%,其与对照组治疗总有效率86.3%比较,存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论藿香正气散治疗急性肠胃炎效果良好,安全性高,临床价值显著,值得借鉴和全面推广普及。
Objective To evaluate the curative effect and pharmacological effects of Huoxiang Zhengqi powder in the treatment of acute gastroenteritis. Methods A total of 102 patients with acute gastroenteritis admitted to our hospital from October 2016 to October 2017 were selected as the research objects. According to the random number table,the patients were divided into control group and treatment group,with 51 cases in each group. The control group used conventional methods. The patients in the treatment group were treated with Huoxiang Zhengqi powder. The clinical symptoms and the therapeutic effect were observed and compared between the two groups. Results The antidiarrhea time,analgesic time,antipyretic time and nausea and obstruction elimination time in the treatment group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,and there had significant statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. The total effective rate of the treatment group was 98%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 86. 3%. The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and there was a significant difference between the two groups（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Huoxiang Zhengqi powder is effective and safe in the treatment of acute gastroenteritis. It has remarkable clinical value and is worth learning from and popularizing in an all-round way.
