摘要
目前我国高校的体育教学方面存在许多缺陷。为此,根据其自身特点,建立一个以互联网为核心的,包含体育理论教学与考核、学生健康信息收集与指导等多方面功能的大学体育网络系统,一定程度上弥补了高校体育教学中理论知识占比过低的缺陷,也达到了大学体育教学体系改革的目的,即在丰富的课堂实践中提升学生的能力与综合素质。本文简单介绍了设计大学体育网络系统的具体过程和实现方式,有利于研究高校学生的体质健康,因而具有很大的实践意义。此外,利用本系统能够更加轻松的完成理论部分的体育教育,极大地提高了教学质量。
At present,there are many defects in the teaching of physical education in Colleges and universities in China.Therefore,according to its own characteristics,the establishment of an Internet as the core of the university sports network including the sports theory teaching and assessment,student health information collection and guidance and other aspects of the function,a certain extent make up for the theoretical knowledge of physical education in Colleges and universities accounted for too low defect,also reached the reform of sports teaching system the purpose of the University,is to improve students ability and comprehensive quality in the classroom practice of. This paper briefly introduces the specific process and the way to design the university sports network system,which is conducive to studying the physical health of college students,so it has great practical significance. In addition,the use of this system can be more relaxed to complete the theoretical part of the physical education,greatly improve the quality of teaching.
