摘要
为了应对变化多样的国际贸易形式,保障我国经济的健康发展,必须采取一定的技术性贸易措施。辽宁省非常重视对外贸易中遇到的问题,所以由辽宁省标准研究院设计并实现了一套"辽宁省进出口技术性贸易措施预警信息平台",该平台采用ASP.NET技术进行开发,平台上线应用以后,辽宁省内用户通过平台能够及时了解到贸易相关信息。该平台对振兴东北、振兴辽宁起到积极的促进作用。
In order to ensure the development of China＇s economy and deal with the changing international commercial situation, the technical trade measures must be taken. Liaoning Province attaches great importance to the problems encountered in foreign trade, designed and implemented the ＂WTO/TBT Information Platform of Liaoning Province＂. The platform is developed using the B/S structure, which will enable users in Liaoning Province to get trade related information in time. The platform plays a certain role in revitalizing the Northeast and Liaoning.
