摘要
目的了解辽宁省盘锦市大洼县高血压患者的血压控制情况及其主要影响因素,为高血压患者有效控制血压提供科学依据。方法采用整群随机抽样方法,于2014年11-12月在大洼县唐家镇、圈河镇和田家镇抽取2245例高血压患者进行问卷调查和体格检查。结果大洼县2245例高血压患者中,高血压控制者288例,血压控制率为12.83%;大洼县不同特征高血压患者血压控制情况比较,不同年龄、患高血压年限、吸烟情况、体质指数和是否中心性肥胖高血压患者血压控制率不同,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);多因素非条件logistic回归分析结果显示,年龄≥51岁(51~60岁:OR=0.478,61~70岁:OR=0.279,>70岁:OR=0.279)、患高血压年限≥1年(1~4年:OR=0.557,5~10年:OR=0.322,>10年:OR=0.331)、超重(OR=0.369)和肥胖(OR=0.388)的高血压患者血压控制率较低。结论大洼县高血压患者血压控制率相对较低,年龄、患高血压年限和体质指数是大洼县高血压患者血压控制情况的主要影响因素。
Objective To examine the status and influencing factors of blood pressure control among hypertension pa- tients in Dawa county of Panjin municipality, Liaoning province, and to provide references for effective control of blood pressure in hypertensive patients. Methods We recruited 2245 hypertensive patients in three towns （Tangjia, Quanhe, and Tianjia） of Dawn county for a questionnaire survey and physical examination using random cluster sampling from November to December 2014. Results Among all the participants,effective blood pressure control was observed in 288 patients and the blood pressure control rate was 12. 83%. The blood pressure control rate among the participants differed significantly by age,years of suffering from hypertension, smoking status, body mass index, and whether having central obesity （ P 〈 0.05 for all）. The results of multi- variate unconditional logistic regression analysis showed that the patients aged≥51 years（ age 51 to 60：OR = 0. 478, age 61 to 70 ： OR = 0. 365, age 〉 70 ： OR = 0. 279 ）, with hypertension course of ≥ one year（ 1 to 4 years ： OR = 0. 557,5 to 10 years ： OR = 0. 322, 〉 10 years：OR = 0. 331 ）, being overweight（ OR = 0. 369 ） or obesity（ OR = 0. 388 ） were more likely to have a low blood control rate. Conclusion The blood pressure control rate was relatively low and mainly influenced by age, years of suffering from hypertension, and the body mass index among hypertension patients in Dawn county.
