摘要
以聚酰亚胺(PI)为膜基体,羟基磷灰石(HAP)为功能颗粒,分别通过共混法和相转化法制备PI/HAP复合膜。研究HAP质量分数对复合膜的水通量、孔隙率、平均孔径、亲水性、力学性能以及溶菌酶(LZ)吸附性能的影响,并最终确定复合膜的最佳固含量,此外,研究了pH值对复合膜的LZ吸附性能的影响。结果表明:当HAP质量分数达到20%时,复合膜的综合性能最佳,此时复合膜对LZ的吸附量达到最大;当pH=11时,复合膜对LZ的吸附能力最强,吸附量高达134.5mg/g。
With polyimide(PI)as the membrane matrix and hydroxyapatite(HAP)as the functional particle,PI/HAP composite membrane was prepared by blending method and phase inversion method.The effects of HAP content on water flux,porosity,average pore size,hydrophobicity,mechanical properties and lysozyme(LZ)adsorption properties of composite membrane were studied.Finally,the optimal HAP content of composite membrane was determined.Besides,the effect of pH on LZ adsorption performance of the composite membrane was studied.The results show that the performance of composite membrane is the best and the LZ adsorption capacity of composite membrane reaches its maximum when the HAP content is 20%.The maximum LZ adsorption capacity of composite membrane is 134.5 mg/g at pH of 11.
