摘要
跨界学习所具有的跨领域融合性,为企业学习的建构提供了全新的视角。在跨界学习的视域下,分析企业学习各系统要素之间的辩证关系,建构具有跨界学习特性的企业学习框架,在此基础上以丽水A企业为例,设计跨界的企业学习活动,实现企业、学校、员工三方的深度合作互动,以期为提高企业学习有效性提供有价值的借鉴。
Cross boundary learning has a cross-domain integration, which provides a new perspective for the construction of enterprise learning. From the perspective of cross boundary learning, this paper analyzes the dialectical relationship between the elements of enterprise learning system and constructs an enterprise learning framework with cross boundary learning characteristics. On the basis, taking Lishui A enterprises as an example, this paper designs enterprise learning activities and practice them and realizes the deep cooperation and interaction between the three sides of enterprises, schools and employees in order to improve the effectiveness of enterprise learning to provide valuable reference.
