煤直接液化气体流量测量温压补偿的实现方法与研究 被引量:1

摘要 由于氢气是煤直接液化中很重要的气体原料,是反应程度的一个很重要的判定指标,也是最后煤液化计算物料平衡的一个很重要的影响因素,所以要对他进行准确测量。由于气体的密度受温度和压力的影响比较大,如果测量时不进行温压补偿,测量误差会非常大,直接导致物料平衡无法计算。本文结合煤直接液化的实验过程通过AB-DCS控制系统,应用Rslogix5000组态软件,通过软件编程和组态的方式实现对气体流量测量的温压补偿功能,同时还阐述了AB-DCS的架构特点,硬件组成,软件功能等。 Hydrogen is an important raw material for the direct liquefaction of coal. It is a very important decision index of reaction variable. It's also a very important influence factor for the calculation of material balance in coal liquefaction, so it should be accurate measurement.Because the density of the gas is influenced by the temperature and pressure, if temperature and pressure compensation is not performed at the time of measurement, measurement error is very large, directly leads to the material balance can not be calculated. In this paper, the experimental process of coal direct liquefaction is controlled by the AB-DCS system, and applys Rslogix5000 configuration software. The temperature and pressure compensation function of gas flow measurement is realized by software programming and configuration. At the same time, it also describes the characteristics of AB-DCS architecture, hardware composition, software functions and so on.
