摘要 针对空调控制过程中的常用的PID控制器提出了一种新的整定方法 ,提高空调在工作过程中的系统性能和鲁棒性。利用两自由度的控制结构将负载扰动的设定值跟踪和衰减解耦,并且通过遗传算法对PID控制器进行优化。该整定方法可最大限度地实现对负载扰动的鲁棒性约束,同时仿真结果表明了该方法在空调控制过程中的可行性和有效性。与类似复杂的优化算法相比,该整定方法具有更简单、更易于控制的优点,可显著提高空调等设备的控制性能。 This paper proposes a new tuning formula for PID controller in air conditioning processes, in order to improve the system performance and robust-ness of air conditioning in working process. The set-point following and atten-uation of load disturbances is decoupled by using two-degree freedom control structure, and the PID controller is optimized by genetic algorithm. This meth-od can maximize the robustness of load disturbance, and the simulation results show the feasibility and effectiveness of this method in the process of air conditioning control. Compared with the other complex optimization algorithm, this tuning method has the advantages of simpler and easier control, and will significantly improve the control performance of air conditioning or other equipment.
