摘要
目的探讨蓝光疗法联合茵栀黄口服液治疗新生儿病理性黄疸的临床疗效。方法选取湖南光琇医院2016年4月—2017年6月收治的病理性黄疸患儿76例,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各38例。对照组患儿采用蓝光疗法,观察组患儿在对照组基础上给予复合中药茵栀黄口服液治疗,两组患儿均持续治疗1个疗程。比较两组患儿的临床疗效、黄疸消退时间及治疗前后血清总胆红素水平。结果观察组患儿临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患儿黄疸消退时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患儿血清总胆红素水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组患儿血清总胆红素水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论蓝光疗法联合茵栀黄口服液治疗新生儿病理性黄疸的临床疗效明显,其可快速促进黄疸消退,降低胆红素水平。
Objective To study the clinical effect of blue light therapy combined with yinzhihuang oral solution in the treatment of neonatal pathologic jaundice. Methods A total of 76 cases of pathologic jaundice children were selected from April2016 to June 2017 in Hunan Guangxiu Hospital,which were divided into control group and observation group,38 cases in each group. The control group was accepted the blue light therapy,while the observation group was given yinzhihuang oral solution based on control group,both groups were treated for 1 course. The clinical effect,jaundice disappear time and total serum bilirubin before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The clinical effect in observation group was better than control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. The observation group of jaundice disappear time was shorter than control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. Before treatment,no significant difference of total serum bilirubin was found between the two groups（ P 〉 0. 05）; after treatment,the total serum bilirubin in observation group was lower than control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Blue light therapy combined with yinzhihuang oral solution have an obviously clinical effect in treating neonatal pathologic jaundice,it can rapidly promote the jaundice regression,and lower total serum bilirubin.
