摘要
目的探讨小牛血清去蛋白注射液治疗脑梗死的临床疗效及安全性。方法选取叶县中医院2014年5月—2015年5月收治的脑梗死患者82例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(n=41)和观察组(n=41)。对照组患者采用单唾液酸四已糖神经节苷脂注射液治疗,观察组患者采用小牛血清去蛋白注射液治疗,两组患者均持续治疗2周。比较两组患者的临床疗效、治疗前后神经功能缺损评分,并观察患者不良反应发生情况。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者神经功能缺损评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组患者神经功能缺损评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用小牛血清去蛋白注射液治疗脑梗死的临床疗效确切,可有效改善患者神经功能,且更加安全、可靠。
Objective To discuss the clinical effect and safety of deproteinised calf blood injection in treating cerebral infarction. Methods A total of 82 cases of cerebral infarction patients were selected from May 2014 to May 2015 in Ye County Traditional Chinese Hospital,which were divided into control group( n = 41) and the observation group( n = 41) according to random number table method. The control group was treated with sodium monosialotettrahexosylganglioside injection,observation group was treated with deproteinised calf blood injection,both groups were treated for 2 weeks. The clinical effect,neurological function scores before and after treatment were compared between the two groups,and the incidence of adverse reactions were observed. Results The observation group of total efficiency rate was significantly higher than control group( P 〈 0. 05). Before treatment,no statistically significant difference of neurological function scores was found between the two groups( P 〉 0. 05);after treatment,the neurological function scores in observation group was lower than control group( P 〈 0. 05). The incidence rate of adverse reactions in observation group was lower than control group( P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion Deproteinised calf blood injection has an exactly clinical effect in treating cerebral infarction,it can effectively improve neurological function of patients,and with high safety and reliable.
