摘要
脑深部电刺激(DBS)是目前外科治疗帕金森病(PD)的有效手段,其通过神经调控手段可逆性地调控大脑神经环路,可以显著改善PD症状。本文现围绕DBS治疗PD的术前评估、靶点核团选择、手术干预方法、术后程控随访以及目前最新技术进展综述如下。
Deep brain stimulation (DBS) is an effective surgical treatment for Parkinson's disease (PD). It regulates the central neural circuit reversibly through neuromodulation, significantly improving PD symptoms. This article mainly discussed the preoperative assessment, selection of surgical targets, surgical interventions, postoperative follow-up and programming, and latest technological progress concerning DBS for PD.
