摘要
为了对医学研究生学术不端行为进行早期干预,以自行设计的研究生学术不端行为调查问卷对某医学院校低年级研究生进行调查和分析。结果显示,12.2%的低年级研究生有学术不端行为,常见的是不规范引用文献;39.5%的研究生认为其周围工作者有学术不端行为。学术不端行为的影响因素主要有:对学术不端具体行为的判别、周围人群的学术不端行为。与个人对科研的了解程度、兴趣无关。因此,早期需要通过规范的学术行为教育和全面性的学术行为监管对低年级研究生的学术行为进行干预。
In order to make early intervention for the academic misconducts in junior medical graduate students, all the junior graduate students from one medical college were investigated by the questionnaire and the data was performed to analyze the factors of academic misconducts. The results showed 12.2 % of the junior medical graduate students committed the academic misconducts, the common one of which was nonstandard reference. And 39.5% of the participants responsed that the researchers around them had the academic misconducts. The influencing factors on the academic misconducts of the junior graduate students included the self-evaluation of the scientific ability, the identification of the academic misconducts, the academic misconducts of the researchers around them. It is irrelevant to scientific understanding degree and research interesting. Therefore, it should take the measures to regulate their academic behaviors though the education and oversight.
