摘要
目的分析临床护理路径在下肢深静脉血栓导管溶栓中的应用效果。方法选取在我院接受导管溶栓治疗的下肢深静脉血栓患者80例作为研究对象,按照随机分配原则将其分为研究组和对照组,每组40例。对对照组患者按照常规方式实施护理服务,对研究组患者实施临床护理路径,观察并对比两组患者的护理效果。结果经过护理后,研究组患者的凝血功能明显优于对照组(P<0.05,住院时间和康复时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.05);研究组的护理满意度为95.00%,对照组的护理满意度为80.00%(P<0.05)。结论在临床护理路径的指导下,对进行导管溶栓治疗的下肢深静脉血栓患者进行护理,可以显著地缩短患者的住院时间和康复时间,改善凝血功能,提升患者护理满意度。
Objective To analyze the effect of clinical nursing pathways in thrombolysis of deep venous thrombosis of lower extremities. Methods 80 patients with deep venous thrombosis were treated with catheter thrombolytic therapy in our hospital. The patients were divided into study group （ 40 cases ） and comparison group （40 cases）according to the principle of random distribution. The patients in the study group were treated with nursing care in a routine manner, and the clinical nursing path was applied to the study group. The nursing effects of the two groups were observed and compared. Results After treatment, the coagnlation function of the study group was significantly better than the comparison group, the hospitalization time and rehabilitation time were significantly shorter than the comparison group, and the difference between the groups were statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ） ; study group nursing satisfaction （ 95.00% ）, the nursing group satisfaction was 80.00% , the study group was significantly higher than the comparison group, and the difference between the groups was statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Under the guidance of clinical nursing pathways, nursing patients with deep venous thrombosis of the lower limbs treated with catheter thrombolysis can significantly shorten the hospital stay and recovery time, improve the coagulation function and improve the patient＇ s nursing satisfaction.
