摘要
目的探讨间歇式充气压力装置对宫颈癌术后患者下肢深静脉血栓形成(DVT)的预防作用。方法选取100例宫颈癌术后患者为研究对象,其中50名为常规治疗组,50名为治疗组即间歇式充气加压组。比较两组凝血功能及术后下肢DVT的发生情况。结果 (1)术后3天治疗组患者的凝血酶原时间、凝血酶时间、活化部分凝血酶时间较对照组明显延长(P<0.05);(2)对照组8例发生下肢深静脉血栓,发生率为12.0%(6/50),治疗组有1例发生下肢深静脉血栓,发生率为4.0%(2/50)(χ~2=5.98,P=0.014)。结论间歇式充气加压装置能够有效延长宫颈癌术后患者的凝血酶原时间、凝血酶时间、活化部分凝血酶时间,从而有效预防下肢DVT。
Objective To assess the comparative effectiveness of intermittent pneumatic compression devices with respect to the prevention of venous thromboembolism in patients after cervical cancer surgery. Methods A total of 100 patients with cervical cancer were selected for the study, including the normal treatment group or the control group（ n = 50）and the intermittent pneumatic compression devices group （n = 50）. The function of coagulation and the occurrence of deep vein thrombosis were observed. Results ①The prothrombin time （PT）, thrombin time （TT）and activated partial thromboplastin time （aPTT）in the treatment group were significantly longer than those in the control group at 3 days after operation, the difference was significant （P 〈 0. 05 ） ; ②The incidence rate of deep vein thrombosis in the control group and in the treatment group was 12. 0% and 4. 0% respectively （χ^2= 5.98 ,P = 0. 014）. The incidence of deep vein thrombosis in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group. Conclusion Intermittent pneumatic compression device can effectively prevent deep vein thrombosis in patients after cervical cancer surgery through improve the coagulation function.
