摘要
目的探讨过敏性紫癜(HSP)患儿血浆髓过氧化物酶(MPO)、丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)及总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)水平的变化,并分析其临床意义。方法选取2015年3月至2016年10月在我院儿科确诊的HSP患儿为研究对象,同时选取在我院体检健康儿童的资料作为对照,观察两组儿童和不同HSP类型患儿MPO、MDA、SOD、T-AOC水平和炎症指标水平的差异,分析HSP患儿MPO、MDA、SOD、T-AOC水平与炎症炎症水平的相关性。结果HSP组患儿的MPO、MDA水平高于对照组,SOD、T-AOC水平低于对照组;HSP组患儿的IL-6、IL-17和TNF-α水平明显高于对照组;三组HSP患儿的MPO、MDA水平由高到低分别为肾型HSP组、腹型过敏性紫癜组和普通型HSP组,SOD和T-AOC水平由高到低分别为普通型HSP组、腹型HSP组和肾型HSP组;三组HSP患儿的IL-6、IL-17和TNF-α水平由高到低分别为肾型HSP组、腹型HSP组和普通型HSP组;HSP组患儿MPO、MDA水平与IL-6、IL-17和TNF-α水平正相关,SOD、T-AOC水平与IL-6、IL-17和TNF-α水平负相关。结论过敏性紫癜(HSP)患儿血浆MPO、MDA水平较高,SOD、T-AOC水平较低,且与患者的炎症指标密切相关,可作为临床监测的重要指标。
Objective To investigate Henoch Schonlein purpura (HSP) patients plasma myeloperoxidase ( MPO ), malondialdehyde ( MDA), superoxide dismutase ( SOD ) and total antioxidant capacity (T-AOC) level changes, and analyze its clinical significance. Methods The children with Henoch Schonlein purpura(HSP) diagnosed in our hospital from March 2015 to October 2016 were selected as the research object, The differences of MPO, MDA, SOD, T-AOC and inflammatory markers were observed in two groups of children and children with different types of HSP. The correlation of MPO, MDA, SOD, T-AOC levels and the level of inflammation and inflammation in children with HSP were analyzed. Results The levels of MPO and MDA in the HSP group were higher than those in the control group, and the levels of SOD and T-AOC were lower than those of the control group ; The levels of IL- 6, IL- 17 and TNF- in group HSP were significantly higher than those in control group;The MPO and MDA levels of the three groups of children with HSP were from high to low in the nephritis type HSP group, the abdominal type HSP group and the normal HSP group, the SOD and T-AOC levels from high to low were normal HSP group, abdominal HSP group and nephritis type HSP group,respectively;The IL-6,IL-17 and TNF-α levels of three groups of children with HSP from high to low were nephritis type HSP group, abdominal type HSP group andnormal HSP group ;The levels of MPO and MDA in HSP group were positively correlated with IL-6, IL-17 and TNF-α, and the levels of SOD and T-AOC were negatively correlated with the levels of IL-6, IL-17 and TNF-α. Conclusion The level of plasma MPO and MDA in children HSP)is high, and the level of SOD and T-AOC is low, which is closely related to the inflammatory indexes of patients.
