摘要
完善校园安全文化体系建设是实现高职校园安全文化建设水平全面提升,保障高职院校可持续发展的重要基础。高职校园安全文化建设在物质文化层面有一定的改善,但在制度、行为、精神文化层面仍相对滞后。营造安全和谐氛围,构建安全保障机制、动力机制、管理机制,形成安全工作合力,将有助于完善高职院校校园安全文化体系建设。
Improving the construction of a campus safety culture system is an important foundation for realizing the overall improvement of safety culture construction in vocational colleges and ensuring their sustainable development as well. Campus safety culture construction in vocational colleges has been improved to a certain degreein the material cultural level,but it still lags behind in the level of system,behavior and spiritual culture. To cre-ate a safe and harmonious campus atmosphere and to construct mechanisms for safety guarantee,motivation andmanagement so as to form a resultant force for safety work will help improve the construction of a campus safetyculture system in vocational colleges.
