摘要
目的:探讨对断指再植患者给予快速康复外科理念护理的应用效果。方法:选取66例断指再植患者进行观察,采用掷币法将患者分为常规组、研究组各33例,分别给予常规围手术期护理、快速康复外科理念护理,观察比较两组患者护理效果。结果:研究组断指再植成活率、ADL评分、护理满意评分均优于常规组,其并发症发生率、VAS评分低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论:对断指再植患者给予快速康复外科理念护理能有效减轻患者疼痛感,增加患者舒适度,降低血管危象等并发症,提高断指再植成活率,提高整体治疗效果。
Objective：To analyze the effect of nursing the patients with amputated finger replantation with the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery. Methods：66 patients with replantation of severed fingers were selected for observation,Patients were divided into routine group（33 cases） and study group（33 cases）. The patients were given routine perioperative nursing and rapid rehabilitation surgery concept nursing respectively,Observation and comparison of nursing effect of two groups of patients. Results： The scores of survival rate and nursing satisfaction in the study group were better than those in the routine group and the VAS score was lower than that in the routine group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： The nursing care of the patients with amputated finger replantation can effectively reduce the pain, increase the comfort of the patients, reduce the vascular crisis and other complications, improve the survival rate of the replantation of the severed finger, and improve the overall therapeutic effect.
